Strengths

This section identifies the key strengths which brings to the organization. I have abilities, skills and attributes in other areas, but the statements below are likely to be some of the fundamental gifts to offer.

Possible Weaknesses

All things have two sides. It has also been said that a weakness is simply an overused strength. My responses have suggested these areas as possible weaknesses.

● Tends to over-control the situation.
● Fears loss of face in any situation.
● Lacks empathy for others in some situations.
● Will lose interest quickly if the challenge diminishes.
● Tends to be perceived as arrogant in stressful situations.
● May step on the toes of others to achieve objectives.
● Can get bogged down with tradition and the status quo.
● May suppress creativity.
● Sometimes unaware of the impact of his actions on others.
● Inflexible, stubborn, blunt and impersonal.
