Decision Making

I am self-reliant and is not frightened to take “the path of maximum resistance” in taking efforts to produce the best results. Using past experiences to help solve current problems and get things done is one of the strong points I have. prefer to learn from personal experience and not just from study or reading. I have a sense of precision and pays attention to detail only if it suits me to do so. I am comfortable making conclusive judgments about others and tend to be a strict disciplinarian.

People count on me for insightful analyses and forthright judgments. In my mind there must always be a good reason for doing something and people's feelings alone aren't normally sufficient to influence. I am a good problem solver because I absorb necessary factual information and find logical and sensible solutions quickly. I may at times make others feel defensive due to incisive, critical, and often persistent questioning. In practicing active and long-range thinking and planning, I am logical, analytical, objectively critical, and prefer to be convinced by reason.

I make decisions after a great deal of thought and I may not be dissuaded by emotional or muddled arguments. My many accomplishments are achieved mainly through determination and perseverance in reaching or exceeding my high standards. Practical and realistic, I am a most matter-of-fact and thorough individual. I am adaptable but constantly need to get results. Politically aware, I am normally comfortable with decisions even in the face of possible conflict with others in more senior positions.
